Exchange and Return is not available except the situation as below:

a) Wrong/Incorrect items received

b) Faulty or Defective items

How do I return the faulty/incorrect product?

a) All product must be shipped back within 7 working days ( MALAYSIA )

 

b) All product(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags)

 

All returns which do not meet the mentioned criteria will be strictly rejected

 

 

 

Which parties will bare the shipping cost ?
