01 | Pre-order Availability 预售商品说明

• All pre-order items are not ready stock and require additional time for production, preparation and quality inspection before shipment. Certain designs may be available for pre-order only during a limited ordering period.

02 | Payment & Order Confirmation 付款及订单确认

• Pre-orders are confirmed upon successful payment. An order acknowledgement will be sent to your registered email. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.

03 | Estimated Shipping & Delivery 预计出货及配送时间

• The estimated shipping period will be stated on each product page, with estimated delivery information made available before checkout. Please note that estimated shipping refers to the anticipated dispatch period and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

04 | Production & Shipping Delays 生产及出货延误

• Pre-order timelines may vary depending on production schedules, fabric availability, quality inspection and logistics arrangements. Unexpected circumstances may affect the estimated shipping date. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the stated timeframe and keep affected customers informed of significant changes.

05 | Slight Shipping Delays 轻微出货延误

• Pre-order shipments may be slightly delayed due to production, quality inspections or logistics arrangements. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience should any slight delays occur. Our team will do our best to arrange shipment as soon as possible.

06 | Specific Delivery Dates 指定日期收货

• If you require your order for a specific occasion or date, we recommend choosing ready stock items instead. Pre-order delivery before a particular date cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by MIYAKO.

07 | Unavailable Pre-order Items 预售商品无法供应

• In rare circumstances where a pre-order item cannot be produced or fulfilled, our team will contact affected customers and arrange a monetary refund for the unavailable item. Any alternative arrangement, including store credit, will be offered only with the customer's agreement.

08 | Order Cancellation 订单取消

• Once a pre-order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds due solely to a change of mind are generally not available, as production or stock arrangements may have already commenced.

09 | Order Amendments & Corrections 订单资料更改

• Please double-check your selected size, colour and order details before payment. If you notice an error, kindly contact us as soon as possible, including after order confirmation. We will review correction requests and assist where reasonably possible. Certain changes may no longer be possible once production or fulfilment arrangements have progressed.

10 | Combined Orders 现货与预售合并订单

• Orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items will generally be shipped together once all items are available. Pre-order items may arrive in different batches. Separate shipping may be arranged upon request, subject to feasibility and any additional shipping charges agreed upon in advance.

11 | Shipment & Tracking 出货及物流追踪

• Once the items are ready, our team will arrange quality inspection, packing and shipment. Tracking information will be sent to your registered email after dispatch. Delivery timelines may be affected by courier operations, peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. Our team will assist with delivery-related issues where appropriate.

• Product photos may feature our sample pieces. Minor refinements may be made during final production to improve the fit, finishing or overall presentation. Details such as buttons, lining, trims, measurements or pattern placement may vary slightly where these do not materially change the product's design, quality or advertised characteristics. If a material change is necessary, affected customers will be informed and offered an appropriate resolution.

13 | Colour & Measurement Variations 颜色及尺寸差异

• Actual product colours may vary slightly due to studio lighting, photography, screen settings or fabric dye batches. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to manual measurement, fabric characteristics and garment finishing. Minor variations do not automatically constitute a defect. Significant differences from the product description will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.

14 | Size Exchange Policy 尺寸更换政策

• Size exchange requests due to personal sizing preferences must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your parcel and are subject to stock availability. Items must remain unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. As pre-order items may be produced in limited batches, certain sizes may no longer be available for exchange. This 5-day policy does not restrict statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

15 | Exchange Shipping Fees 换码运费

• For approved exchanges due to personal sizing preferences, return and redelivery shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Applicable charges will be communicated before processing. Where an item is defective, materially different from its description or incorrectly supplied, shipping costs and remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

16 | Quality Issues & Incorrect Items 商品质量及发货问题

• If you receive an item with a quality issue, damage or an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Clear photos or videos may help our team assess the issue. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws, including repair, replacement or refund where required. MIYAKO will bear applicable redelivery costs for defective or materially different goods as required by law.

17 | Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries 收货地址及配送失败

• Kindly ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. If you notice an error, please contact us promptly. Address changes may not always be possible once a parcel has been dispatched. Additional redelivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to incorrect information or a failed delivery attributable to the recipient. Such charges will be communicated before redelivery. Errors attributable to MIYAKO will be handled at our expense.
